How do I book a service?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We would appreciate a 25% deposit which is non refundable but can be used towards another booking for a further date.

How do I pay you?

We accept bank deposit or cash.

Remaining payment is appreciated  prior to setup on event day. Keep in mind “No Pay, No Play” 

For corporate events a Corporate billing cycle is accepted.

Creative work is invoiced on a payment plan depending on your project size and deliverables from us. During lockdown, we freeze your payment schedule until lockdown is eased, this means we also halt work on our side, until you are able to get back on track.

Whats your Covid plan?

We will follow any health directive in place for whatever city or premises we are in. Otherwise we have hand sanitiser, social distancing, and sanitised equipment. Masks are worn depending on what restrictions are in place.

Can I buy your content?

Yes! For images, video, or any of our intellectual property, please contact us to discuss.

What areas do you service?

We will travel free within a 40km radius of Gladstone, Qld 4680. Venues with parking charges will be factored into your quote as required. Tolls will also be added into the quote.

Any further than 50km will incur a cost, just contact us for further info.

We travel interstate on a regular basis for corporate events and services.

How much room do you need?

3m x 3m area for Gif photobooth or Dj setup & any associated equipment.

A minimum of 2m x 2m for smaller setups.

Do you have a minimum hire time?

Yes, for events we have a two hour minimum hire time for the Gif Photobooth and the DJ has a three hour minimum.

Can we pay you in ‘Exposure Bucks’?

We have a charitable and community giving aspect to our business. We also have wonderful paying clients! To be fair to them and ourselves, we limit our unpaid projects to charity and certain community proposals. We can do contra deals depending on your proposal, please contact us if you wish to do so.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for commercial operation. Our PLI cert is available on request. We have a Working with Children card for peace of mind and all our equipment is tested and tagged.

Do I provide event staff a meal?

Generally yes & required for ALL evening bookings + bookings of 4 hours plus. Your attendant/DJ cannot leave the venue for a meal break, they arrive up to 90 minutes before setting up & are last to leave for the night. This can make a full day or nights work. This is fairly standard in the entertainment industry. It is also a goodwill gesture & they will appreciate it in return. Contact us if you have concerns, so other arrangements can be made. Caterers offer discount rates for suppliers or in some cases provide free meals if prior arrangements are made.

Do you know a DJ?

Yes! We partner with an excellent DJ by the name of DJ Davez. He has over 15 years of experience + a full DJ equipment setup. Speakers, mic’s, lights, the lot.
